We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ElySian Art Corner. Learn about our return, exchange, cancellation, and refund process, including eligibility requirements and how to request assistance with your order.

At ElySian Art Corner, we want you to love your artwork. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how our returns work.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, for a full refund — no questions asked.
- To be eligible, the request must be initiated within this 7-day window from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, the artwork must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging, with all accompanying materials (certificate of authenticity, tags, accessories, etc.).
- Free from any signs of installation, mounting, or handling damage caused after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of damage, use, or missing components not caused by us or the courier.
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces
Because many of our artworks are handcrafted or made to order, please note:
- Made-to-order or custom-sized pieces may be excluded from the "no questions asked" return window, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
- Minor natural variations in texture, brushwork, or colour inherent to handmade art are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elysianartcorner@gmail.com or +91 7984082846.
- Share clear photos/videos of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, based on the issue.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at elysianartcorner@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 7984082846 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions, including the return shipping address
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Return Shipping
- For "no questions asked" returns within the 7-day window, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, or defect), in which case we cover the return shipping cost.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
7. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for example, a different size or artwork), let us know when initiating your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate it, subject to availability.
9. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items returned after the 7-day window (except for warranty/defect claims, if applicable).
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation after delivery.
- Custom/made-to-order pieces outside the conditions in Section 3.
