- Some products are handcrafted or made to order; minor variations in texture, finish, or colour compared to the product photo are natural characteristics of handmade art and not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
- Payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as shown on the Site.
- We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
5. Shipping
- All artworks are carefully packaged to protect them in transit.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will assist in resolving any transit damage or loss in line with our Return Policy.

- All content on this Site, including artwork images, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of ElySian Art Corner (or its artists/licensors) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or intellectual property rights in the artwork to the buyer, unless expressly agreed in writing
